GivingTuesday, a global movement created in 2012, is based on the simple idea of connecting people with organizations in the community focused on making a difference. The event takes place this year on Tuesday, December 3. At the Traumatic Brain Injury Resource Center we believe we are playing a vital role supporting brain injury survivors and their caregivesrs and families. We encourage everyone to make their GivingTuesday donation on by either visiting our website donation page (click here) or to stop by the Center between 9 AM and 5 PM to learn more about our programming. While at the Center, you can also shop our fleece story for blankets, pet blankets and toys, and ponchos. These items make great holiday gifts. Make a GivingTuesday donation and receive $5 off your purchase!

The November 2019 Issue of HOPE Magazine is Now Available!
In the years since we launched HOPE Magazine, we’ve featured contributing writers from around the world. Brain injury knows no geographic bounds. Both acquired as well as traumatic brain injury can happen to anyone, anywhere.
Life is indeed so much more fragile than most of us ever give thought to.
This month we are excited to bring you several first-time contributors. Their stories are real, raw, and authentic. It takes a great deal of courage to open up and share what is perhaps the most difficult chapter of one’s life, yet it is in that courageous sharing that healing comes to pass.
Join me in welcoming Susan, Joanne, Sandra and Isaac to our family of contributors.
