Join us for a half-hour chair yoga session on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Chair yoga adapts many of the traditional yoga poses but in a seated position, making the practice accessible for individuals at all levels of experience. Some of the benefits of chair yoga includ a sense of ease and relaxations, increased flexibility, improved strength and self-awareness, and better sleep. The course will be lead by an experienced instructor.
