Mike Moore, co-founder of the Traumatic Brain Injury Resource Center, has recently earned a certification in nonprofit management from The Center for Non-profit Resources. This comprehensive program spans 12 months and combines online training with collaborative peer cohort sessions. The curriculum encompasses a range of critical subjects, including: nonprofit ethics and compliance, strategic planning, financial analysis and budgeting, fundraising, and board development. He is eager to apply what he has learned in this program to his work with TBIRC.
